It&#8217;s a very important paper!<\/p><h4 data-sourcepos=\"6:1-6:38\">What You Will See on Your Payslip<\/h4><p data-sourcepos=\"8:1-8:40\">A Japanese payslip has three main parts:<\/p><ol data-sourcepos=\"10:1-28:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"10:1-13:0\"><p data-sourcepos=\"10:5-10:43\"><strong>Payment Amount (\u652f\u7d66\u984d &#8211; Shikyuugaku):<\/strong><\/p><ul data-sourcepos=\"11:5-13:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"11:5-11:85\">This shows all the money the company pays you <strong>before<\/strong> anything is taken out.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"12:5-13:0\">It includes your <strong>Basic Salary<\/strong> (\u57fa\u672c\u7d66 &#8211; Kihonkyuu) and any extra <strong>Allowances<\/strong> (\u624b\u5f53 &#8211; Teate).
