Having personally worked in various frontline industries including restaurant and construction work, I understand the realities and challenges faced by both employers and foreign workers.
In addition to hands-on field experience, I have also managed and supported Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) personnel, giving me practical insight into workplace communication, operations, and long-term staff support.
Because of this background, I focus on connecting companies with suitable talent while helping candidates build stable and rewarding careers in Japan.
