Main Steps for Finding a Job:

- Apply: Send your application for the job you like.
- Interview: Go through interviews and selection tests.
- Get Hired: The company decides to hire you!
After Getting Hired (Flow to Start Work):
The steps change a little depending on the type of job:
For Full-Time Jobs / Dispatched Staff (Coming from Overseas):
- Sign Contract: You and the company sign the work contract. You will also get advice and a health check.
- Get COE (Certificate of Eligibility): The company helps you apply for and get this special paper from the Immigration Office.
- Apply for Visa: With your COE, you apply for your work visa.
- Visa Ready: Your visa is issued.
- Come to Japan: You travel to Japan.
- Start Work: Begin your new job!
For Part-Time Jobs:
- Sign Contract: You and the company sign the work contract.
- Get Permission: You apply for permission to do work outside your current visa type (if needed).
- Start Work: Begin your part-time job!
